- A combination of achievement in three areas:
- Diversity
- Measured Performance Objectives (MPOs) and
- Financial (the results you influence most directly —"your line of sight.")
- A percentage of your fiscal year earnings.
- The percentage received considers your salary grade and your achievement of the AIP objectives.
- Funding, which is determined by the market segment or company profitability.
